IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requires the large-scale test fixturing in support of structural fatigue testing. The fixturing is roughly broken into two categories: �floor plates� and �reaction frames� and referred to herein by those names or as �test fixtures� where referring to all required components. There are two potential designs for the reaction frames, only one design will be manufactured. Capability Statements shall be submitted via e-mail to: michael.j.bonaiuto.civ@us.navy.mil by 12:00 PM Eastern on May 26 2026.
