This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. VA Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking a Hologic 3D Quorum Imaging Workstation. All interested companies shall provide quotation for the following: Supplies and Services See attached Solicitation 36C262-26-Q-0626 for Statement of Work and period of performance. See attached Solicitation 36C262-26-Q-0626 for Evaluation and Basis for Award. See attached P03 Atch 1 Brand Name Only Justification MPT to SAT 600-26-2-441-0033 Hologic 3D_SIGNED for Brand Name Only Justification and Approval (J&A).
