- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Procurement of manufacture and delivery of 152 ADU-1137/E CORNER STRAP ADAPTERs, Part Number4200AS0370-1 in support of the Next Generation Jammer Program. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested Small Business vendors must be registered as ACTIVE: in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 28 May 2026 at 10:00 A.M. EDT to Matthew VanDeventer at matthew.d.vandeventer.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
