- 3/25/2026- Updated RFP, SOW and Pricing Template have been upload to reflect the change of removing CLIN 3- Digital Asset Information. 3/24/2026: We are in the process of updating this solicitation to remove CLIN 3-Digital Asset Information. A new RFP, SOW, and Pricing Template will be uploaded to reflect this change. Thank you. The Government intends to issue a Multiple-Award IDIQ to small business authorized resellers of Specialized OSINT Tools. Please see all attached documents: RFP, SOW, Pricing Template, Question Template, CAI Questions, and Terms and Conditions CAI Answers and Company Terms and Conditions do not count toward the Volume 2 Technical Approach 9 page limit. Per the RFP, Questions are due by 3/25/2026 at 2:00pm ET and must be submitted via email to jspatafore@fbi.gov. Answers will be uploaded as an attachment on this posting.
