Description

Amendment A00001 - Extend submission deadline to March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, incorporate amendment A0001 SF 1442 Continuation Pages. See attachments. This is a request for proposal for construction for the Highway 86 Check Point Shelter Structure Expansion in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Offeror shall provide services in accordance with the following documents attached to this solicitation. Quotation response including pricing quotation is due by 2:00 PM ET on March 26, 2026. Included in this Request for Proposal are the attached: Attachment 1 - Statement of Work - Highway 86 Check Point Shelter Structure Expansion Attachment 2 - Construction Price Proposal Form Attachment 3 - Wage Determination CA202600002 - Imperial County dated 01/23/2026 Magnitude of Construction Projects: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $200,000 and $300,000. Questions regarding the solicitation package may be addressed to the Contracting Officer, Paul Barrett, via email paul.barrett@cbp.dhs.gov. Submission of proposals shall be directed to the Contracting Officer via email only.
