- The purpose of this amendment 0013 (0002) is to accomplish the following:1. Make revisions to documents in Section J: N62473-24-R-0036, Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors- Exhibit A through Exhibit E (Changes are provided as an attachment with blue text indicating additions and red strikethrough indicating deletions)4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
