- Amendment 0001: The purposes of Amendment 0001 are as follows: 1.Incorporate Questions and Answers received by the stated date and time in the solicitation(1: 00pm MT, 09 March 2026) 2.Provide a copy of the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) Document. 3.Provide a Workload Metrics. 4.Provide a revised PWS. 5.Provide revised Combined Synopsis Solicitation document, outlining ""Basis for Award""and refined ""Factor 2 - Past Performance"" submission requirements. 6.Update to clause 252.232-7007 - Funding Schedule will be determined at the Task OrderLevel. 7.As a result of this amendment the due date for quotes is extended by 8 days from 30 March2026 to 07 April 2026 at 1:00pm (MT). 8.As a result of this amendment the deadline for questions has expired and is not extended.Questions received after 1:00pm MT, 09 March 2026 may not be answered. ___________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W911RZ-25-Q-A007 in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 & 16. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAC # 2025-06, dated 10/01/2025 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change # DFARS Change 10/01/2025. Quotes shall reference solicitation number W911RZ-25-Q-A007. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed- Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods for the Service Order Desk (SOD), at Fort Carson, Colorado. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed services required. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services, size standard is $47,000,000. This combined synopsis solicitation is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The Product Service Code is M1AZ, Operation and Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings.
