- Request for Information (RFI) for Industrial Non-Regulated Wastewater and/or Stormwater Containment and Temporary Storage Tank Types (High Capacity) Response Requested Not Later Than 09 April 2026 @ 1600 CST Introduction: McAlester Ammunition Plant is seeking information from industry on Frac Tanks and/or similar tank types to understand of market availability, capabilities and identify qualified vendors. Example Frac Tank Description and Specifications included below. All interested and qualified businesses (i.e., Small Business, Other than Small) are encouraged to submit your information. Requirements: McAlester Ammunition Plant is seeking industry businesses and information on tank types, descriptions, and specifications, with consideration to alternative solutions to meet conditions presented. Industrial Non-Hazardous Wastewater and/or Stormwater Containment Tank Types (High Capacity) holding tank option types that are portable, examples such as, polyethylene tanks, steel skid-mounted tanks, or modular units designed for temporary storage, pumping, and hauling. Potential solutions, design, tanks for large-scale storage, ensuring compliance with non-hazardous environmental regulations during industrial processes. Present and Identify Multiple Pricing Structures available for Frac Tanks, Alternate Tank Types, and/or Potential Equal Alternative(s) not listed. Include solutions, conditions or considerations not identified. Identify Multiple Pricing Structures: Frac Tank/Alternative Purchase; Frac Tank/Alternative Lease to Purchase; Frac Tank/Alternative Rental Agreement, Other Solution Types. Examples such as: Quantity (8) � New, Delivery, set-up, direct purchase. Quantity (8) � New, Delivery, set-up, base, plus four option years with one 6-month extension. Quantity (8) � New, Delivery, set-up, base, plus four option years with one 6-month extension duration and option to purchase at the end of the performance period. *Optional Add-On�s: *Warranty *Option to increase/decrease quantity of tanks as needed. *Maintenance/Service, identify and perform ""normal and routine preventative maintenance and repair. *Other not identified Specifications and Features: Minimum Capacity: 500 BBL / ~21,000 Gallons Structural Material: Corrugated or Smooth steel walls Design: V-bottom or Round-bottom for easy clean-out and complete drainage Top: Closed Top Mobility: Tires, Air Brakes, Fifth-Wheel Kingpin, Skid-Mounted or Axle-Mounted. Valves & Piping: Configuration for high-flow liquid transfer and easy maintenance in industrial settings. Safety: Pressure/Vacuum Relief Vents, Interior Coatings, and Chemical Resistance. Products or Services Overview: Detailed description of the proposed product(s) or services the company offers, including technical specifications. Pricing: Identify purchase option(s) and pricing breakdown structure, term, warranty, and options. Performance Data: Past performance and capabilities.
