- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for Panoramic Dental Vacuum System Replacement. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and SBA Small Business Search (SBS). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, SBA Small Business Search (SBS) SDVOSB certification, any other supporting information for the price submitted, and any items identified in ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors.
