Description

SOLICITATION This procurement is using the procedures of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Class Deviation 2026-O0028 �Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 212 and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.201-1. This solicitation is being issued with the intent of awarding a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC). The resultant contract will be fixed price, with an economic price adjustment (EPA), with (1) two-year base term and (3) one-year option terms. REQUIREMENT Item Description: Air Drier Parts Kit NSN: 4440-01-542-3419 OEMs and PART Numbers listed in this solicitation: BRIGHTON CROMWELL LLC 3NNX8 P/N 10018499 BC TECHNICAL CENTER, LLC 92SS0 P/N 10018499 HALDEX BRAKE PRODUCTS CORPORATION 06721 P/N RN60Z HALDEX BRAKE PRODUCTS CORP 4M5H2 P/N RN60Z ANNUAL ESTIMATED QUANTITY: 6,284 UNIT OF ISSUE: KT 4. All shipments shall be free on board (FOB) origin. 5. Please review the solicitation and attachments below. 6. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD: It is the responsibility of all parties submitting quotes to this Request for Quote (RFQ), to read, understand and comply with the terms, conditions and restrictions of this solicitation.
