Description

15B20126Q00000006 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333310 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FCC Allenwood is accepting quotes for a concrete floor surfacing machine and dust extractor. Machine must meet or exceed the following criteria: Husqvarna PG 6 S (grinder) with Husqvarna DE 130 H (dust extractor) brand name or equal to Grind, re-surface and polish concrete. Run on single phase 200-240V. Vacuum system with HEPA filtration. Come with all necessary hoses and electrical cords Machine needs to be able to shut down to prevent damage to machine or electrical system. New Equipment ONLY. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Selection will be based on a combination of technical, price, warranty, provided Business Socio Economic Status, and price of components, to determine the best overall value for the government. Provide a full list of specifications for the machine and components. Provide a full list of features of machine and components. Multiple machines may be quoted. Provide a detailed quote of all machines and components in a manner where we may choose which item or items we wish to purchase. Vendor must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and provide Unique Entity ID. Failure to provide quote as specified may result in disqualification of quote.
