Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for twenty-two (22) superglue fuming chamber with UV contamination that are brand new and to be certified to the manufacturer�s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification. OEM is Foster & Freeman. See �Minimum Technical Requirements� for full details. Proposed Contractor: Foster & Freeman USA INC (small business) 20145 Ashbrook Place #190 Ashburn, VA 20147 UEI: LC1TJNRE6KX7 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
