- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to OCLC Inc. for the procurement of Software Subscription to WorldShare Ill, cataloging and metadata at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The sole-source contract will have a base year, from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 and four 12 months option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 519210, Libraries and Archives. The Small Business Administration's size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. Note: Interested vendors, please respond to this notice on or before 26 March 2026. An award will be made on or around 17 April 2026.
