- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that due to a transmittal issue with the initial posting, the Request for Information (RFI) Description was not easily readable. As such, this amendment is to guide potential respondents to review the two documents attached to this notice, which clearly articulate the Government s intent and ask to Industry to provide information. All other terms and conditions of this RFI remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
