Requirement Will Be Solicited as Unrestricted; NAICS Code; 541330; PSC: AC33; Security Level: Facility Clearance - Top Secret SCI, Safeguarding Clearance - Secret. Term-type Task Order with CPFF and CR Provisions Will be Awarded Based on Best Value-Tradeoff; Evaluation Factors: Technical, Past Performance and Cost/Price; Follow-on to SeaPort-e Task Order N00178-19-D-8623/N6660422F3011 with Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP); OCI applies; Sec. 508-N/A, Exception.
