The primary work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories of on-base facilities for JBER, Alaska. The solicitation is issued as a competitive 8(a). NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $45M SBA Requirement Number: QR1747255812D This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 15, DFARS Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Class Deviations (R-DFARS) Procedures, Guidance and Information Subpart 215.3, and Department of the Air Force Mandatory Procedures. This solicitation to comply with the RFO and the R-DFARS deviations effective on 16 March 2026.
