- Page 5 of 5 Sources Sought Data Innovations, Instrument Manager TAC Number: VA-26-00021652 This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation, or a Request for Proposal. The Government has no obligation to acquire any products or services described herein. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used solely for market research purposes and will be treated as informational. Contractors will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs incurred in responding to this notice. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals nor does it grant authority to enter into negotiations or to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Interested parties are responsible for properly marking any proprietary, restricted, or competition-sensitive information contained in their responses. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this notice. Please note that set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided. Therefore, responses should be as comprehensive and informative as possible. Vendors are welcome to submit additional information not specifically requested in this notice if it provides value and insight to the Government. Please refrain from submitting general capability statements, marketing materials, or other non-specific information. Your response must specifically address the capabilities described in the attached Product Description (PD) and must include the following information: **See attached Product Description for details** Demonstrate your intent and ability to meet the performance requirements for this effort, where applicable. In the initial paragraph of your submission, please provide at a minimum the following information: Name of Company: Address: Point of Contact: Phone Number: Email Address: DUNS Number: UEI Number: Existing Contractual Vehicles (e.g., GWAC, FSS, SEWP, or MAC): Company Business Size and Status: NAICS Code(s): SDVOSB and VOSB must provide Proof of Certification. Confirm your ability to provide the brand name Data Innovations, Instrument Manager as outlined in the PD. Non-OEM contractors must provide an authorized distributor letter. Provide any technical comments and recommendations that could contribute to a more accurate proposal submission and a more efficient, cost-effective effort. All questions related to this Sources Sought must be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Point of Contact no later than March 24, 2026, 3:00 PM DST.
