- The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the PR15766191 - 43/ERAD/PECAT/HANGARS/0426 for Colombia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a seprate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document. All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15766191 no later than March 30, 2026 at 4:00 pm Bogota time via e-mail to SegoviaAC@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
