Description

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remodel Mod A (#11-33) and Mod B (#11-60) and Range house (#11-38) buildings on the Black Mesa Ranger District. A Site visit will be held on 2 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. Location: Black Mesa Administrative Site, 2748 E. HWY 260 Overgaard, AZ 85933. Questions are required to be submitted through email to the Contracting Officer at blaine.greenwalt@usda.gov and are due no later than April 10th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. Offers or responses to the solicitation (include the solicitation number in the name of the document) should be sent to the contracting officer by email; blaine.greenwalt@usda.gov before the date and time listed in Block 13.
