Description

SYNOPSIS: The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for A brand name Instron 1500HDX Universal Testing Machine(UTM) for the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 million dollars. This procurement will be competed on a full and open basis. The source selection process is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 22 March 2026. Quotes will be due on/or about 28 March 2026. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
