Description

The NRC is purchasing Pitney Bowes SendPro 360 Tier 2 FedRAMP Cloud Solution along with monthly USPS meter rental and equipment maintenance for the already procured six Pitney Bowes P2000 Mailing Machines. All cloud services holding federal data require FedRAMP authorization. Pitney Bowes is the only company that offers a FedRAMP authorized Outbound and Inboutd Mail Tracking Cloud Solution for their USPS metered mail machines. The NRC intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract consisting of a base period of April 01, 2026 through March 31, 2027 plus one 6-month option, to Pitney Bowes Inc. (UEI: CHTAKEYGS386, CAGE 47486). The authority for this action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 532420.
