- The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Product Manager (PdM) for Satellite Communications (PdM SATCOM), is issuing this Call for Solutions (CFS) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS). We are seeking innovative solutions for a Large Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (GEO) terminal capable of transmitting data with High-Throughput, Low-Latency (HT/LL) capacity and speeds. The full CFS document, which outlines the detailed problem statement, required solution attributes, submission requirements, and evaluation phases, can be found in the ""Attachments"" section of this notice.
