Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit for a future award to be issued sole source to Kardex Remstar, LLC on an other than full and open competitive basis using FAR Part 13 procedures for the procurement of a Kardex Remstar, LLC software application to support the Kardex Remstar, LLC vertical storage unit at NAVSUP WSS � Mechanicsburg, PA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Kardex Remstar, LLC on a sole source basis since they are the only known source at this time with the ability to provide a Kardex Remstar, LLC software application that meets the Government�s minimum requirements for a period of performance from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
