Other than full and open competition is authorized under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(6). Clarify this requirement is restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer and their Authorized Resellers. Documentation certifying authorized reseller status shall be provided with the quote. Add clause FAR 52.225-1, Buy American-Supplies (Deviation) Add provision FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate (Oct 2022) ============= UPDATED 17 MARCH 2026: All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. ============= UPDATED 11 MARCH 2026: Please see RFQ Amendment 0001. ============= Description of Requirement: This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued by the United States Transportation Command for the procurement of Shield Enclosure Air Frame TFBS-System and its supporting components. Classification Code PSC: 5810 � Communications Security Equipment and Components NAICS: 334310 � Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Set-Aside Status: Unrestricted and full and open requirement to all offerors capable of providing the brand name requirement. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Submission Instructions: This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
