- The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center has a requirement for Seven (7) TYPE III Wildland Fire Fighting Trucks (Brush Trucks) with delivery to the Fire Fighting Training Center in Ansbach-Katterbach Germany. Please see attached Solicitation W564KV26QA011 with attachments for reference. All questions shall be submitted no later than 7 days prior to Solicitation close date. Questions shall annotate a refrenece to the specific Solicitation element to which they pertain. Questions shall be submitted via email to: Ms. Maryanne Peck, maryanne.e.peck.civ@army.mil Mr. Brandon Donalson, brandon.m.donalson.civ@army.mil Please include the title ""Seven (7) TYPE III Wildland Fire Fighting Trucks (Brush Trucks)"" in the subject line of the email and include the following information: Company Name and Address: Cage Code: UEI Number: For line items covered by the WTO GPA, the Government will evaluate offers of U.S.-made or designated country end products without regard to the restrictions of the Buy American statute. The Government will consider for award only offers of U.S.-made or designated country end products unless the Contracting Officer determines that there are no offers for such products or that the offers for such products are insufficient to fulfill the requirements of the solicitation.
