THIS PROCUREMENT IS A FULL AND OPEN. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0006 IS TO CHANGE THIS SOLICITATION FROM A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO A FULL AND OPEN. THIS SOLICITATION IS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR A ONE TIME BUY FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: NOUN: LATCH, DOOR, VEHICULA NSN: 2540-01-468-2105 PART NUMBER:495-300150-1 QUANTITY: 5 EACH AVENGER WEAPON SYSTEM. See attached Solicitation Amendment 0006 Certification: Vendors must have an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), accessible at https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard. Distribution: Once certified, interested DoD Contractors can request the drawings from tamela.d.riggs.civ@army.mil. The drawings will be sent via encrypted email or the DoD SAFE site.
