- Work for this project includes extending a new 6-inch potable waterline from the existing Nogales Ranger Station to connect to Valle Verde Water Company, a private water company. Valle Verde Water Company operates and is managed under Southwestern Utility Management. A Site visit will be held on 27 March 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Location: Nogales Ranger Station, 303 Old Tucson Road, Nogales, Arizona. Questions are required to be submitted through email to the Contracting Officer at blaine.greenwalt@usda.gov and are due no later than March 30th, 2026, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. Offers or responses to the solicitation (include the solicitation number in the name of the document) should be sent to the contracting officer by email; blaine.greenwalt@usda.gov before the date and time listed in Block 13.
