Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444326Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Normal and Heavy Maintenance on the Allegheny National Forest Rocky Gap motorized trail system. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237990 The small business size standard is $45,000,000. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. ALF Heavy and Normal Maintenance on the Rocky Gap ATV Trail system. The Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide trails maintenance services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. The operations to be performed must include normal tread maintenance, heavy tread maintenance, seeding, mulching, silt fencing, Riprap (R-3), collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, under brushing, erosion control, ditch cleaning, and other miscellaneous services as described herein.
