- 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using LPTA (Lowest Price Technical Acceptable) evaluation process. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0494. 3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) FAR Deviation JAN 2026 (eff. 01/22/2026) VAAR DEVIATION FEB 2026 (eff. 02/27/2026) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025) Acquisition Policy Flash 26-25 eff. 02/27/2026) 4. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5M. 5. Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans' Hospital Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center 4300 W. 7th St. 2200 Fort Roots Dr Little Rock, AR 72205 North Little Rock, AR 72114 6. Period of Performance: 5 (five) Years 7.
