- Spangdahlem Air Base has a requirement for Paint Booth Renovation and Upgrade. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 13 April 2026 at 11:00am CET at Spangdahlem Air Base Bldg 99. Please see Attachment 3 - Site Visit Sign Up Instructions for sign-up procedures. Sign-ups will be accepted until 12 April 2026, COB. Please review Attachments - 1 through 3 and the Combo for further details. Any questions arising before the scheduled site visit can be sent to the requirement POCs via email.
