Size Standard: $19 million. Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Set-Aside: Full and Open Unrestricted General Information This is a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.201, announcing an upcoming competitive solicitation. Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20), supporting Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) at 500 W. Fort St., Boise, ID 83702-4598, anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) no later than April 2nd, 2026. This notice synopsizes the requirement; it is not a solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. The RFP will be posted on Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov). One Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded for the Boise, Idaho VAMC. Task Orders will be subject to the Buy American Act. The scope of work is for the maintenance, repair, replacement and/ or demolition of Plumbing Systems, HVAC-R Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, and Control Systems that may include ancillary construction and can include but is not limited to the following facility support services: The prime contractor must hold a current Plumbing contractor license and a current HVAC-R contractor license in the state of Idaho and provide copies to the station yearly or when they have had a change in expiration or ability. A Prime Contractor representative shall respond on site within two hours of emergent needs at the Boise, Idaho VAMC.
