NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO FAR 12.201-1(2) and 5.101(b)(1)(i)(A)) Solicitation Number: 15B51726Q00000008 3RD QTR FY26- Food Service - Subsistence (Meats) Agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons - FDC Houston Classification Code: 8945 � Food, Oils and Fats NAICS Code: 311991 Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FDC Houston intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) supply contract directly to suppliers to procure subsistence (Perishable Prepared Food). The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. The NAICS code is 311991 � Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(2).
