- Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 DESCRIPTION Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), on behalf of Southern Nevada VA Health Care System Las Vegas, has a requirement to procure the design, installation and training for the GH3+ Patient Lift System for the CT Imaging Department. This solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business, FAR Part-13, Open Market. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). This solicitation will allow vendors to offer the GH3+ Guiderail Patient Lift System by Guldmann. All items shall be new and not refurbished or recycled. The specific items required are as follows ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 1.00 EA __________________ __________________ Patient Lift System for CT Rooms 1D252, INCLUDES DESIGN, INSTALLATION, AND CLINICAL TRAINING ONLY Guldman 4x4 Meter B Rail Room Covering System Installed for 770lb Motors to be provided by the VA. Includes Design, Installation, Clinical Training. 0002 1.00 EA __________________ __________________ Patient Lift System for CT Rooms 1D244, INCLUDES DESIGN, INSTALLATION, AND CLINICAL TRAINING ONLY VA s Gray Market Items terms and conditions apply pursuant to VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and VAAR 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition. Vendor must be able to provide the documentation that demonstrates such aforementioned authority. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identification, Active Small Business Administration Certification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about March 17, 2026 and will be distributed through the SAMs website (www.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about 15:30 P.M Pacific Time on March 20, 2026 with responses due to jason.olliff@va.gov.
