- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with RFO 5.1. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No responses are needed in response to this notice, please respond to the forthcoming solicitation. PROJECT OVERVIEW The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the supply and delivery of one new gasoline-powered marine generator. The generator shall be delivered with all factory-supplied accessories and documentation for installation and operation. Delivery will be made to Savannah, Georgia. The required minimum specifications of the generator are provided in the attached specification document.
