Description

MODERNIZE NATCHEZ MAINTENANCE FACILITY The Project consists of the alteration of approximately 2,415 SF of existing office and support spaces inside an existing, non-sprinklered one-story masonry building with a 997 SF mechanical mezzanine. Work includes, but not limited to, Structural, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing, and Fire Alarms. The National Park Service seeks to do business with Small Business (SBA certified as SDVOSB) having a primary NAICS Code 236220. The complete solicitation package will be release on or after April 1, 2026. The SF-1442, requisite clauses and provisions and associated attachments (Plans and specifications, Price schedule, Wage determination, etc.) will publicize on SAM.gov for public viewing. The solicitation will notify offerors of the time and place for the site inspection and data examination. A 30-day response date from issuance of solicitation is anticipated.
