- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide laundry services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods with an additional 6-month option period, through a total small business set-aside. The period of performance for the base year of this service is 04/18/2026- 04/17/2027. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 812332; the size standard for this NAICS is $47 million. Product Service Code is S209 Housekeeping- Laundry/Drycleaning. Please note the following: The solicitation number for his requirement is N32253-26-Q-0038. Quotes are due not later than Friday, March 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Code (FAC) 2024-05. DFARS 4/25/2024, and NMCARS 18-22. IMPORTANT: Please submit all quotes in accordance with the solicitation instructions on page 37. All questions regarding solicitation N32253-26-Q-0038 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due Wednesday, 03/25/2026 0800 a.m. HST.
