Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) here by gives notice for the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to PTC, Inc., on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Subpart 6.302.1(a), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW)PTC ApexAda V5.0 Software License Renewal Support COMFRC requires software license annual subscription support for the following PTC ApexAda software: V5.0; Part # MNT-DAEE13510F-T2 PTC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and retains all the proprietary/technical data rights required to supply the required and necessary annual software licenses and support. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FORCOMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement without impacting the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.
