- The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on government-owned medical and dental equipment at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Gulfport Campus (AFRH-G). Services provided shall ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and in compliance with manufacturer specifications, Joint Commission standards, CARF, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other applicable federal regulations.
