Contact: Russell.Keiser@dla.mil � RFQ Number: SPE8EF26Q0049 � Description: Purchase of 31 EA of Hand Trucks, manufactured by Wesley International (CAGE 56250). Offers are sought from Wesley International directly, or its authorized distributors/dealers. � Basis for Award: The award will be made to Wesley International or an authorized distributor/dealer of its products, based on the most advantageous offer to the Government, considering fair and reasonable pricing. Price reasonableness will be determined in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a) and DFARS 213.106-3, through comparison of offers received from Wesley International and/or its authorized distributors/dealers, or other appropriate techniques. Since the requirement is for a sole-source manufactured item, technical acceptability is derived from the product's origin (Wesley International). PART 2: Justification and Approval (J&A;) - Attached Document Sole Source Justification (FAR 13.106-1(b)(i)) � Requirement: Sole source purchase of Hand Trucks, manufactured by Wesley International, to meet operational needs. � Authority: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - Only one manufacturing source, Wesley International (CAGE 56250). � Justification: Competition: Notice posted to SAM.gov; market research indicates no other items meet requirements. This procurement is limited to obtaining offers from Wesley International or its authorized distributors/dealers.
