Description

This is a solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). This solicitation is for a one-time buy purchase order with 10 months delivery period utilizing firm-fixed pricing. The duration of the acquisition will be 10 months and is issued under �Other Than Full and Open Competition.� This acquisition is for Bruker XRF S1 Titan handheld spectrometers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation reference # SP8000-26-Q-0005, is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). DLA Contracting Services Office - Columbus Division 3 (DCSO-C3) intends to award and administer a one-time buy purchase order with 10 months delivery period.
