Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials to renovate and modify an existing female restroom (one toilet & one lavatory) and add a single shower enclosure. This project includes the construction of a new finished insulated interior partition wall with door. This project scope will include replacing the wall hung toilet and flushometer, wall hung lavatory, lighting, wall mounted mirror, ceramic tile wall/ flooring & cove base, including replacement of all water supply valves, faucets, and drainage and venting components. The Contractor shall ensure that all work to complete this project conforms to and meets the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), NC Plumbing and Building Codes. This work is located at the USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC in building 48, Base Fire & Emergency Services building. Amendment 0001 attaches the SF-1442 to the solicitation. All terms and conditions remain the same.
