- In response to the above-mentioned solicitation, 31 responses were received from small businesses. The winning price quotes are listed under the vendor by line item as listed in the request for quote solicitation. This is only a result of the items from the abstract from USP Canaan FY26 3rd Qtr. Subsistence. It should be noted that the prices and vendor listed below consider the quoters who denied the award or failed to meet technical specifications of the product. Therefore, at this time, the vendors listed below informally accepted their awards. Awards with total value over the Micro Purchase Threshold of $15,000 will be awarded with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. Awards with total value under the Micro Purchase Threshold of $15,000 will be awarded with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transaction from the local food services department. All quotes received by the submission deadline of February 27, 4:00 pm EST were considered. USP Canaan awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 12.203 regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice 15B21526Q00000005. The award was made based off best value as the solicitation stated. The Government made award(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer was considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
