Description

1. DISCLAIMER This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, to determine the availability and capability of small business concerns capable of performing the requirements described herein. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. 2. PURPOSE The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of Creaform 3D Scanner Controllers in support of MDMC located aboard MCLB Albany, Georgia. The Government anticipates posting a combined synopsis solicitation based on responses received. 3. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The Government anticipates awarding a single Purchase Order (PO) for Creaform 3D Scanner Controllers. 4. CONTRACT TYPE The anticipated contract structure is a single award Purchase Order. 5. NAICS CODE The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is expected to be (subject to change based on market research): 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables The Government welcomes feedback from industry regarding the most appropriate NAICS code. 6. SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION The Government is specifically seeking responses from firms that are small business only. If your company is a further Socioeconomic Set-aside please identify so, clearly identifying their business classification and provide proof of eligibility (e.g., SAM.gov).
