- Provide contract services for the annual fire hydrant flow test at the White City VA Medical Center (VA SORCC). This test aims to ensure the proper functioning and compliance of fire hydrant systems in accordance with NFPA standards. The contractor will conduct annual flow tests for all fire hydrants across the facility for the contract period. The contract period shall be a base year and four option years. The contractor will provide all necessary: Equipment for conducting flow tests, including gauges and hoses. Personnel trained and certified to conduct fire hydrant flow tests in accordance with NFPA standards. Documentation and test reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations if any deficiencies are identified. The contractor shall use standard methods and procedures as set forth by NFPA standards for conducting fire hydrant flow tests. All work shall comply with state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
