Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. Responses and questions to this announcement should be e-mailed to Emily H. Ryan, emily.h.ryan.civ@army.mil and Joseph R. Lawrence, Joseph.r.lawrence3.civ@army.mil no later than 0900 (Eastern Time) Fort Knox Local Time, 9 July 2025. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), is requesting a firm-fixed price contract for a non-personal services contract to provide services to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event FY25 for 10-12 October 2025 at the National Mall, Washington D.C. Planning services are anticipated to begin 1 August 2025 to develop layout and coordination with the National Mall. The actual setup is to take place no earlier than 10 October at 0800 EST and will be completed by 2100 EST. Tear down to take place at the conclusion of event and completed no later than 1600 on 12 October 2025. Qualified vendors are asked to review the attachments and provide responses to the questions below. Attached documents included for review: Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Technical Exhibit A (Performance Requirements Summary) � located in PWS Technical Exhibit B (Deliverables Schedule) � located in PWS Attachment A (Event Location Map) �located in PWS Attachment B (Layout) � located in PWS Attachment C (Alternate Location) � located in PWS Questions for industry: 1. Does your company have the capability to provide and coordinate the setup of equipment for location(s) listed above? 2. What would be an �ESTIMATED� fully burdened price for setup, teardown, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event Fitness Competition as defined in the Performance Work Statement? This is not a Request for Quote. The estimate will be used for budgetary purposes. 3. Do you have any comments related to the attached PWS draft? 4. Will you be able to provide the services outlined in Part 5 of the PWS? 5. Would you still be able to provide services and supplies if the event were to be at the alternate location instead of the National Mall? 6. Are you a Small Business?
