- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C25225R0072 for Home Oxygen Delivery services for the following VISN 12 facilities and their catchment areas: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI; William S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison, WI; Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI; Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI; James Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL; Edward Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL; Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL; and VA Illiana Heath Care System in Danville, IL.. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around August 4, 2025. The Government intends to award a 5-year firm fixed price ordering period IDIQ with five (5) one-year priced periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621610.
