Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. flag, Jones Act Compliant, ATB/ITB with segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 150,000 bbls of clean products (intentions JA1, JP5, F76) within vessel�s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is US Gulf of America, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions Corpus Christi, TX); and the place/range of redelivery is US Gulf of America, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions Houston, TX). The laydays commence 10 July and cancel 15 July 2025, and the period of performance will be about 75 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
