Description
The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing Solicitation W912CH-24-R-0059 for the DIESEL ENGINE REPAIR KIT. This Request for Proposal (RFP), W912CH-24-R-0059, will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the procurement of the following: Noun: DIESEL ENGINE REPAIR KIT NSN: 2815-01-500-7584 Part Number: 57K4483 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 291 EA* Maximum 5-Year Quantity: 600 EA *Only the minimum quantity for this procurement is guaranteed. The Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement is Distribution Statement D, which limits access to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only. Please refer to Section C for additional information. This TDP contains subcomponents that must come from a source that meets the qualification testing requirements. These parts must be produced in accordance with the qualification testing requirements listed out on the drawings. Special attention must be paid to L.6.7 and M.2.1.k of this solicitation requiring documentation verifying receipt of the most recent version of the TDP. Questions pertaining to this solicitation are to be directed to the Contract Specialist (katlyn.m.marck.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) no later than 11:00 AM EST Thursday, 03 July 2025. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email, no later than 11:00 AM EST on Friday, 11 July 2025, to the Contract Specialist (katlyn.m.marck.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-24-R-0059(company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
