This RFI/SS is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This RFI/SS is to aid the Government in determining if there are qualified non-personal service providers that can provide support for JIPMS.
