- ***AMENDMENT 5/7/25: The purpose of this amendment is to update the clarifications/questions due date, include additional information on the Bill of Materials v2 attachment and to extend the proposal due date. See attached documents below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092308 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for K9 Medical Kits. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, 03 January 2025.
